Aku dah lama plan nk ke Dubai, UAE ni sbb aku nk sgt tgk Burj Khalifa (sebelumnya dikenali Burj Dubai) iaitu bangunan tertinggi di dunia (828m)..Aku pun lama dah xjumpa member aku, Kendos yg kerja kat Abu Dhabi tp tinggal kat Dubai..so bolehlah lepak rumah dia..hehe..Kebetulan plak minggu ni ada cuti Deepavali & M plak free..Flight kitorg jam 12am dan smp di Dubai International Airport (Terminal 1) jam 330am selepas 7 jam perjalanan.
1st Day (Friday, 5 November 2010)
Kendos ambik kitorg kat airport & terus ke rumah @ Jumeira..Smp2 je kitorg terus borak2 smp pkl 8am..tiba2 br terasa mengantuk & tertido smp 12pm..lepas mkn kat rumah kitorg pergi ke Ibn Battuta Mall, mall yg berkonsepkan gabungam 6 region yg yg pernah di explore oleh pengembara Arab, Ibn Battuta iaitu Andalusia, Tunisia, Egypt, Persia, India and China..Design mall sgt cantik, sekali imbas mcm kat Las Vegas..hehe..Dr situ kitorg blk ke rumah sbb kitorg dah book Desert Safari Tour (Evening) dgn bayaran AED140..Tour ni bermula jam 330pm & 4WD ambik kitorg tepat 330pm..Dlm 4WD yg sama ialah 4 hot chicks from Europe..hehe..Activiti kitorg merangkumi Drive through the desert along Al Awir Road - Dune Bashing, 20-30 minutes Dune Driving (cuak gak roller coaster @ desert ni), Sun Set Photography, Camel Rides, Belly Dancing, Henna Painting, Hubbllee Bubblee (shisha), Arabic Coffee (gahwa) and Fresh Dates, Traditional costumes, Unlimited soft drinks, tea coffee and mineral water, Buffet Dinner and B.B.Q..tepat jam 930pm kitorg smp di rumah Kendos..Lebih kurang 10pm kitorg pergi plak ke Marina Walk, tempat yg penuh dgn restaurants, cafe, mall, org lepak2 & kereta2 mewah..kat sini pun ada little market menjual brg2 antik etc..aku suka gile tempat ni sbb "happening", mcm Bintang Walk @ Msia..hehe..

2nd Day (Saturday, 6 November 2010)
After breakfast (Kendos masak mee goreng..seriously mmg sedap), kitorg bertolak ke Dubai Creek, pekan lama Dubai. Selepas parking kereta, kitorg menaiki Abra (traditional water taxi, AED1/person) cross to Bur Dubai and visit Shindagah, site of the original settlement, which is being renovated and rebuilt. You'll find museums, Heritage Village, Sheikh Saeed's House and several great open-air restaurants. Sempat jugak singgah old and new Al Souq (Market) membeli souvenir. Then patah blk semula menaiki Abra ke parking kitorg utk have lunch @ Al Tawasol Restaurant utk mkn nasi arab..tempat ni famous sbb harga dia berpatutan & of course sbb sedap..yummmy..melantak jugak kitorg mkn kambing & ayam dlm talam yg besar tu..hehe..boleh plak terjumpa kawan Kendos/Syima masa kitorg nk blk setelah lama xjumpa..

Next kitorg nk ambik gmbr Burj Al Arab, the only 7 star hotel yg bercirikan kapal layar di tepi Jumeirah Beach..aku sungguh kagum dgn Jumeirah Beach ni sbb pantai dia sgt cantik & biru..ramai plak org ber"sun-bathing" kat sini..terasa mcm kat Australia plak..haha..Dr sini kitorg ke Atlantis The Palm, salah satu resort paling exclusive di Dubai yg terletak di Jumeirah Palm (salah satu manmade island yg berbentuk pokok palma)..dr situ kitorg terus ke Dubai Mall iaitu the largest mall in the world (based on total area) utk melihat dgn lebih dekat lagi Burj Khalifa iaitu the tallest building in the world..memang besar jugak mall ni, siap ada one of the world's largest aquarium (Duabi Aquarium & Underwater Zoo), boleh diving dgn harga AED160..dlm mall ni ada gak world's largest indoor gold souk (Gold Souk)..di luar mall ni ada the world's most spectacular fountain yg berada exactly berhadapan dgn Burj Khalifa, tempat paling sesuai utk ambik gmbr bangunan tertinggi ni..kagum gak aku tgk bangunan tinggi ni sbb SANGAT tinggi..hahaha..persembahan fountain ni start @ 6pm dan sgt2 menarik..bagi aku yg terbaik pernah aku tgk, sgt cantik & graceful..dr sini kitorg pergi plak ke salah satu pasar lama Dubai utk membeli kain (buah tgn utk family) iaitu jenis japanese cotton & then dinner..kali ni kitorg mkn roti nan, tandori & kebab..syima plak beli Brain Fried (otak kambing), rasa mcm tauhu..

The next day Kendos xjoin kitorg sbb dia kerja hr ni..sempat gak jumpa dia before dia g kerja..After breakfast kitorg pergi sumwhere around Naif Road, a fascinating old shopping area utk membeli kain lagi and jubah sbg buah tgn...ni ala2 Jalan TAR @ Msia..dr situ kitorg pergi plak ke Dubai Outlet Mall, jauh skit dr city..Konon2 nk shopping byk kat sini tp brg2 semua mahal..aku bygkan semurah outlet mcm kat US sbb sini byk brand2 US gak..lagipun tempat ni sgtlah lengang & mcm xde org je..aku pun pelik..huhu..Lebih kurang 415pm kitorg bertolak terus ke Terminal 1, Dubai International Airport sbb flight kitorg jam 650pm..So sekian jelah short trip aku di Dubai..Aku nak ucap terima kasih kpd Kendos & Syima sbb menyediakan tempat tinggal, pengangkutan & mkn free utk kitorg sepanjang di Dubai..jasamu akan dikenang..hehe..
